And we’re back! Pairing #6 is here, and this time around, we’re headed to a wine (and cheese) mecca — the Iberian Peninsula. Spain and Portugal have been making wine for a very, very long time, with native varietals and imported vines both thriving in these geographically and climatically diverse countries. We’re excited to show off some of our favorite bottles from the region, alongside some amazing cheeses as always from Orrman’s.
